The first was going to see Michael Buble' in concert!! He came to Oakland for one night only and we got tickets months ago right after they went on sale. Beau and I went together and it was so much fun, he has the most amazing voice live and his band was unbelievable. The pictures aren't great because we forgot the camera and had to use Beau's phone.
Definitely a must see if you ever get the chance. 
The second thing was seeing Wicked in L.A. Beau's Mom and my sister in law Katelyn came back to Cali with us after the reunion in Idaho and us three girls drove down to Los Angeles to see it. I have been wanting to see Wicked for sooo long!! I got the music a few years ago and I have all the songs memorized, but nothing compares to finally seeing the real thing! It was so much better than I ever could have imagined, I absolutely loved it. The sets and costumes and voices were amazing! It is only in L.A. until January if this is something you want to see. 
Deal...or no deal? After Wicked was over we saw Howie Mandel right outside the theatre. I think he was at the musical with his daughter. Anyways, me and Katelyn tried to get pictures of him and then he turned around and looked right at us. Of course we just froze and stood there with dumb smiles on our faces. It was pretty hilarious, he just smiled at us and walked off.

Beau is such a good sport for going to a Michael Buble concert with you. I KNOW Jared would pass. :)
I also want to see Wicked! It's totally playing in Chicago and most of our friends from med school went but we never could seem to find the time before we moved....sigh.
Beau actually really likes Michael Buble', we listen to his music all the time. So it was really fun for both of us.
I am SOOOO jealous!! I want to see both! We listen to the music of Wicked ALL the time at our house. Riley almost has all the words to "popular" memorized... it's like the cutest thing ever! Again, you are just having too much fun in Cali!!

I would love to see Michael Buble. I've seen WICKED and absolutely LOVED it!!! Sometimes I think I'm a part of the cast. I'm so glad you saw it!
We love Michael Buble too! I can't believe so many people still don't really know about him. Lindsay told me tickets for his concert in SLC were going for $200 a pop. WOW!

Emily, I'm so glad you got to see Wicked!! Logan took me to NYC last year because I had been dying to see it for years! I've read the book and Son of a Witch (weren't nearly as good as the musical and much more 'adult' oriented) the music is amazing!

I'm with Devin, I dont know who Michael Buble is. I am sure my loving husband does, but hate to say this but we have way different taste in music. But with all of the good remarks I have read, I better find this music and listen to it. Such fun times your having!
Okay, so I did my homework and found out I do know who Michael Buble is, I think I would really like his music.
