So last weekend we took a dude trip to Riggins to go Steelhead fishing. It was a blast even though we sucked it up in the fishing department. Dad was too gentle to pull his Steelhead in that he caught and let it go 5 ft from the boat. DJ had a monster on but was so scared of it he let it go 10 ft away from the guide's net. Justin had some great bites but said he would rather the fish stay with their families than be a man and catch one. So the only real dudes on the trip were Devan and I. I caught a ugly sucker that the guide said he wanted to uses as sturgeon bait and Dev caught a nice 18 inch rainbow that we grilled up for dinner the next night. It was a great trip, here are some of the highlights. Although one of the best moments is not presented in the pics. Someone who will remain nameless was able to shatter one of the "indestructible" steelhead rods into three.
