Echo and Porter's Last Day of School

I am finally at the point where I can start catching up on everything that has happened the last month. We are now in Cedar and getting settled, and Beau is already on his way back to California for his first clinical rotation. It will be about six weeks til we see him again, but his next few rotations after that will be in Cedar so that will be nice for us to have him here.
One of the hardest things about leaving California was pulling our kids from their schools! Porter's school was especially amazing, it was one of the best decisions we ever made and we are all going to miss him being able to go there. Porter actually started walking at the beginning of December so it was so fun for his school to see that accomplishment before he left.

Here is Porter with his favorite teacher Masako. Masako was the one directly over helping Porter and they were especially close. It was really hard to say goodbye.
